Oh, I really dislike the Chimera Ant arc.

Just last week i was telling my brother “Hey, the anime isn’t as horrible as I remember the manga being! I’m so glad!”

Clearly, this week’s episode just wanted to laugh at my optimism. I mean, if you haven’t read the manga and are watching the series, by now you should be wondering “wait, when exactly did this super colorful and cute series turn into a freaking bloodbath massacre?”

And, by the way, it won’t get any better. (And if you somehow expect this arc will have a happy ending… ahaha.)

Damn this series.

But I can’t deny that the Chimera Ant arc has brilliant writing. It’s a super dark deconstruction of the human ability to think rationally. 

I finally got my brother to read Anders! :D

And today he asked me “Did the bodyguard really die?”

Why. 

What was I supposed to say! These questions always catch me off-guard!!

…So I ended up spoiling the big surprise he’d get two books later. Damn me. I need to rehearse these situations before suggesting books.

Why did he have to ask that. Why not something else.

(By Goodreads statistics, only around 300 people have read this book. That’s so sad.)

I could fangirl endlessly about Chihayafuru, i swear.

It was so awesome when Taichi and Nishida stealthily team up and use the same strategy that Hokuo used against them earlier! 

The way the characters adapt and learn from every encounter is just another thing I love about the series.

I dunno sis but they changed the reblog queue thing, if you do it directly from your fav page it pulls you up to to, so you’d have to scroll down all the way if you’re queuing a long like me… What’s with these pointless updates?

Oh, yeah, that’s annoying. Now you’ll have to open everything in new tabs, I guess? (I always open new tabs anyway, so it doesn’t bother me much)

I fondly remember the time I could move every single post within the queue to wherever I wanted! Then they changed it so that you could only move the 1st 10 posts. Now I can’t move a single one!

My queuing strategies are all going to waste! ;__;

Now I can’t place anime posts between non-anime posts. And gifsets between still pictures. ;__;

I just spent the whole afternoon browsing through book titles. Again. I have to stop doing this.

I’m too lazy to browse tumblr now. Also, is it just me, or can’t we move the posts in our queue anymore? ;__;

Oh my, history is so not my thing. I don’t think I care for anyone from history.

There’s a really nice looking house about 4km down the street from where I live. I’d buy it if I were rich and if the country weren’t in the brink of future-less.

The question i didn’t want to answer. I would die no matter what i had with me. A swiss pocket-knife maybe.

There is so much to love about all of them that I could never grow tired of them. Never.

The first thing that occurred me at this was Independence Day, but they didn’t come back with any souvenir.

In fact, whatever movie seems to somewhat fit, the souvenir part always throws me off.

So, I don’t know.

The only ones I recall that have a desert don’t quite fit:

Star Wars I has Anakin living in a desert and having a “toy” robot but he doesn’t have a father;

Terminator Salvation has a character in a desert and “toy” robots, but said character finds his future son instead xD;;

So… I don’t know.
